Please join us as we embark on our extraordinary journey to the vibrant land of the Bible. In Israel we will engage with the past as we visit sacred spaces, holy to three great faiths, travel through the desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, and journey through the beautiful hills of the Galilee. We begin with six nights in the historic city of Jerusalem. As we walk through its ancient streets, visit the Western Wall of Herod's ancient Temple, enter its churches and synagogues, and see the Dead Sea Scrolls we absorb the euphoria of the city's intangible holy spirit. Jerusalem is also the city of today, vividly illustrated in its daily life and the exhibits at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust History Museum. We travel north and west exploring the Tel Dan Nature Reserve and visit the ruins of Herod's magnificent city of Caesarea, We stop at Nazareth, and at Capernaum we enter a synagogue where Jesus preached. After a drive through the Jezreel Valley our journey ends in Tel Aviv, the country's commercial and modern cultural center. From our beachfront hotel we can stroll six miles along the Mediterranean promenade and enjoy the beach and the pulsating night-life of its cafes, restaurants and nightclubs or simply meet with those who have entered and live the land of Israel from all corners of the globe.
